1. Return Eligibility: Returns are only applicable if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. To process the return, we require an unboxing video from the customer to verify the defect.

2. Refund or Credit: If the return is approved, the customer can choose between a refund or credit towards a future purchase.

3. Timeframe: The returns can only be processed within 3 days of delivery. Any returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted.
